We are looking for a Female Competent, Bold, Highly Motivated, Organised and Detail Oriented individual with Pleasant personality having Strong Interpersonal Skills to act as an Executive Personal Secretary to the CEO.
- Executive secretary must be a quick professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities.
- It is with their diligence and competence in their work that executives can focus on their managerial responsibilities without worrying for other tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, Organise and Manage CEO's Schedule
- Plan and Coordinate International and Domestic travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO and accompanying Senior Management.
- Be able to take minutes of meetings, dictation and independently draft internal and external correspondence.
- Coordinate onsite meetings, luncheons, coffees, in-house events.
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- May also cover home or personal life maintenance tasks
- Maintain Executive Office/files, records and logs
- Manage CEO’s Personal Finances and book keeping
- Perform any other task as and when assigned by the Reporting line
- Age: 25 - 35 years
