We are seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Manager specializing in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and compliant workplace by implementing and monitoring HSE policies and procedures. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying hazards, conducting safety inspections, and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Develop and enforce corrective and preventive measures to mitigate risks.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE laws, regulations, and standards.
- Conduct safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills to enhance employee awareness and preparedness.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and prepare periodic reports for management review.
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote adherence to safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- NEBOSH certification or an equivalent recognized qualification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the HSE field, demonstrating hands-on expertise in safety management.

Compensation and Work Environment:
The position offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from Rs90,000 to Rs100,000. This role requires the candidate to work on-site, ensuring direct engagement with operational teams and real-time management of health and safety practices.
