AM internal Audit

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Auditor to lead and manage audit activities within both office and production environments. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements, and identifying areas for operational improvement. This position requires a proactive approach to detecting discrepancies, inefficiencies, and potential risks, while recommending and following up on corrective actions to enhance overall process integrity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct comprehensive internal audits across office and production operations to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with SOPs and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Identify control weaknesses, production inefficiencies, and instances of cost overruns that may impact organizational performance.
- Recommend corrective measures and closely monitor their implementation to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Oversee inventory management processes to detect discrepancies, losses, or potential theft, safeguarding company assets.
- Investigate any suspected fraud, irregularities, or data manipulation, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Ensure that all processes comply with quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA Inter, or ACMA (qualified) are essential.
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of audit experience, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies, internal control frameworks, and compliance requirements.
