AM Maintenance (Flipped - LG2)

The Assistant Manager Maintenance position is based at the Flipped - LG2 facility in Faisalabad and offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs90,000 to Rs100,000. This full-time role requires a male candidate aged between 25 and 35 years, with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will hold a BSC or B. Tech degree in Electronics and possess strong technical knowledge across various maintenance disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods, focusing on preventive and breakdown maintenance. Perform routine maintenance tasks and respond promptly to equipment faults to minimize downtime. Demonstrate solid understanding of mechanical, electrical safety, HVAC systems, compressors, fire alarms, and control systems. Manage maintenance tools, stores, and equipment, including developing and maintaining an inventory of technical equipment. Monitor and control maintenance and energy costs while promoting and improving health and safety policies within the work environment. Provide daily reports to the Business Unit Head (BUH) and Head of Technical, highlighting major issues. Maintain flexibility for 24/7 standby duties and emergency call-outs as required.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics (BSC/B. Tech)
- 3 to 4 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, HVAC, compressors, fire alarm systems, and safety controls
- Ability to manage maintenance inventory and control costs effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including standby and emergency shifts

This role demands a proactive individual who can work independently and coordinate effectively with technical teams and management. The position is located on-site, requiring physical presence at the Faisalabad facility.
