We are looking for smart and energetic Real Estate Sales Executive (FEMALE) who will be responsible to provide excellent customer care and Sales services to our esteemed existing and new clients.The ideal candidate will be carrying following responsibilities.
Real Estate Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Responding customer enquiries through e-mail / website / Social media leads / in-bound & outbound calls to ensure the completion of Lead Cycle.
- Have an ability to assess the customer’s requirement to suggest suitable property solution.
- Follow up with potential leads in order to drive till maturity.
- Establish relationships with new customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Identify and respond to client needs.
- To develop and maintain sales pipeline.
- Complying with company’s policies, procedures and SOP’s.
- Be adaptable to changing roles over the time.
Requirements:
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Having pleasant and presentable personality.
- Corporate sales experience leads management is a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks as required by the management.
- Must be at least a Graduate, preferably in Business management.
Timings: 10:00am to 6:00pm
