We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) and Toll Manufacturing supply planning activities. This role is crucial in ensuring continuous product availability by managing supply planning, inventory control, procurement coordination, and manufacturing oversight. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external manufacturing partners to optimize production schedules, mitigate supply risks, maintain regulatory compliance, and support business growth through efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage CMO and Toll Manufacturing operations to ensure production aligns with demand forecasts and timelines.
- Develop and communicate comprehensive supply plans to guarantee product availability and on-time delivery.
- Plan procurement needs for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods based on demand projections and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials required for production.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory to avoid stock-outs and reduce excess inventory.
- Execute SAP MRP activities, maintain master data accuracy, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze planning and inventory data to identify potential risks and prepare detailed management reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply plans align with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to secure uninterrupted supply.
- Track production progress and proactively address any supply risks, delays, or material shortages.
- Support product launches, transfer projects, and initiatives that ensure business continuity.
- Develop long-term supply strategies, assess manufacturing capacity, and implement contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks.

Required Qualifications

- MBA degree.
- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply planning, preferably within contract and toll manufacturing environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) modules.
- Practical experience managing toll and contract manufacturing operations.
