Our client, Technolinkz Solution, is seeking an experienced Amazon Account Reinstatement & Funds Disbursement Expert based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reinstatement of suspended Amazon seller accounts and facilitating the release of withheld funds. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon’s policies, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both clients and internal teams to resolve account issues efficiently. The position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the entire process of reinstating suspended Amazon seller accounts, ensuring timely and successful resolutions.
- Develop effective strategies to address account suspensions and prevent future occurrences.
- Communicate directly with Amazon Seller Support to resolve account-related issues and disputes.
- Navigate and interpret Amazon’s policies to maintain compliance and minimize the risk of suspension.
- Facilitate the disbursement of withheld funds from reinstated accounts, ensuring clients receive their payments promptly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications and progress related to account reinstatement efforts.
- Provide expert consultation and ongoing support to clients regarding account health, policy adherence, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address underlying causes of account suspensions.
- Stay informed about the latest updates in Amazon policies and suspension trends to offer accurate and timely advice.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience handling Amazon account suspensions and successfully managing reinstatements.
- Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and associated tools.
- In-depth understanding of Amazon’s policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders, including clients and Amazon support teams.
- Detail-oriented approach to documenting and tracking all account-related issues and resolutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience working with Amazon seller accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting and data management.
- Experience in client-facing roles with strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce processes and seller account management.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively within a hybrid work setting.
