This position involves managing and maintaining a large volume of product listings across Amazon and other marketplaces for a branded resale and wholesale business. The role focuses primarily on ensuring listing accuracy, compliance, pricing updates, and smooth day-to-day catalogue operations rather than on brand building or marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Marketplace Team Lead, this role demands a detail-oriented and execution-driven approach to daily catalogue management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Listings & Catalogue Management
Manage and maintain extensive product listings across Amazon, eBay, and the company’s Magento-based website. Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, compliant, and correctly priced using existing brand assets. Regularly update titles, bullet points, specifications, attributes, and pricing as required. Perform bulk listing updates using flat files and structured templates. Monitor and promptly resolve listing suppressions, errors, and missing attributes. Maintain a high level of accuracy in catalogue changes to avoid suppressions, pricing errors, or loss of Buy Box status.

Amazon Seller Central Operations
Operate daily within Amazon Seller Central to manage listings and catalogue-related issues. Raise and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support concerning listings, catalogue, and FBA matters. Support Account Health by addressing listing-level violations and warnings as assigned. Escalate complex or uncertain issues to the Marketplace Team Lead rather than making unilateral decisions.

Inventory & Returns Support
Assist with FBA-related listing tasks, including SKU setup issues, stranded inventory resolutions, and FBA listing errors. Monitor returns-related listing problems and escalate any recurring trends when necessary.

Cross-Platform Execution
Ensure consistency in listings and pricing across Amazon, eBay, and Magento platforms. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational processes to maintain catalogue stability and accuracy.

Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon listings, preferably with large or complex catalogues. Strong, daily working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is essential. Experience with flat files, bulk uploads, and listing templates is required. A basic understanding of Amazon listing policies and compliance requirements is necessary. Proficiency in MS Excel and good written and verbal communication skills in English are important. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and focused on execution.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience managing eBay listings is advantageous. Familiarity with Magento-based e-commerce platforms is preferred. Previous experience working within a branded resale or wholesale Amazon model is a plus.

The monthly salary for this role ranges from Rs150,000 to Rs180,000. Applicants will be asked to self-assess their spoken English proficiency on a scale of 1 to 10. This position requires in-person attendance at the work location.
