Located in North Nazimabad, Karachi, this full-time, onsite position offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. The role requires working Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to Amazon FBA Wholesale, ensuring smooth account management, and driving growth through effective inventory and order handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts, handling daily operational tasks efficiently.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings and inventory to maximize sales potential.
- Oversee Amazon FBA Wholesale operations, including order processing and shipment coordination.
- Monitor account health, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Handle brand approvals, account appeals, reimbursement claims, and resolve operational disputes.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to maintain seamless workflows.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- Prepare detailed account performance reports and identify opportunities for growth.
- Troubleshoot account-related issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably within FBA Wholesale.
- Strong understanding of Amazon listing procedures, inventory management, order fulfillment, and account health policies.
- Proven experience in handling brand approvals, account appeals, reimbursements, and Seller Support interactions.
- Ability to independently manage multiple Amazon seller accounts with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000. This role requires physical presence at the workplace, providing a collaborative environment for hands-on management of Amazon seller accounts.
