Amazon FBM Executive

Shariq Enterprises, a forward-looking digital solutions company specializing in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Web Development, and AI Automation, is seeking an experienced Amazon Wholesale & Dropshipping FBM Specialist to join its growing team. The role centers on managing and scaling the Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) business using Online Arbitrage and Retail Arbitrage strategies. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations, optimizing product listings, and driving sustained business growth through effective inventory and order management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source profitable products from verified and trusted suppliers to maintain a competitive and diverse inventory.
- List, optimize, and manage FBM products on Amazon Seller Central to improve product visibility and increase sales.
- Oversee inventory management and order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment to uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data regularly to identify growth opportunities and enhance overall profitability.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Amazon operations, especially with FBM business models.
- Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, FBM workflows, and strict adherence to Amazon policies and guidelines.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication abilities for seamless coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary package including a basic salary plus allowances, with monthly pay ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs95,000 depending on experience and performance.
