This is a full-time, remote, and permanent position aligned with the US Central Time zone. We are seeking a skilled Amazon PPC Manager who will be responsible for transforming advertising spend into profitable and scalable revenue. The ideal candidate is a data-driven advertiser comfortable working independently within a remote team, collaborating in real-time with US-based colleagues during Central Time hours, and managing six-figure monthly ad budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (including video), and Sponsored Display campaigns across all product lines.
- Manage daily bids, budgets, placements, and dayparting strategies to achieve target ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS goals.
- Conduct keyword and ASIN targeting research, including competitor, category, and search-term analysis; implement negative keywords to reduce wasted spend.
- Structure accounts for maximum efficiency through campaign naming conventions, match-type segmentation, auto-to-manual harvesting, and budget allocation based on product margins.
- Develop ad support plans for product launches, promotions, and major sales events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday.
- Collaborate closely with listing, creative, and inventory teams to enhance conversion rates by optimizing titles, images, A+ content, pricing, and coupons, while ensuring ads do not run on out-of-stock items.
- Test ad creatives, headlines, audiences, and bidding strategies, documenting results and insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports that provide clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Stay current with Amazon Ads updates, new features, and policy changes, applying them where beneficial.
- Manage and mentor junior PPC analysts or freelancers when applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with a proven track record of improving profitability on US-based accounts.
- Experience handling monthly ad budgets of $50,000 or more.
- Strong proficiency with Amazon Advertising Console, Campaign Manager, and reports such as Search Term, Targeting, and Placement.
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics including ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, impression share, and break-even ACoS.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for bid modeling, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, capable of explaining complex results to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and reliable when working remotely.
- Ability to work core hours aligned with US Central Time, supported by a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications and Tools
- Experience with Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Stream, or Amazon Attribution.
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Perpetua, Pacvue, Teikametrics, Quartile, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Amazon Brand Analytics, Vendor Central, or Seller Central.
- Amazon Ads certification via the Learning Console is a plus.
- Basic skills in SQL, Looker Studio, or Power BI for creating dashboards and data visualization.
