Amazon Specialist (Private Label) for E-Commerce

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Amazon Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our Amazon seller account. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, order processing, customer support, and maintain account health in full compliance with Amazon policies. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and prior experience with Amazon Seller Central to ensure smooth daily operations and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Optimization
Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central. Write SEO-friendly and policy-compliant titles, bullet points, and descriptions. Conduct keyword research to improve listing rankings. Manage product variations such as size and color, and update product images, pricing, and other relevant details regularly.

Order & Inventory Management
Monitor daily orders to ensure timely processing. Track shipments and update order statuses promptly. Manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and coordinate with suppliers or warehouse teams to maintain a steady stock flow.

Customer Support
Respond to customer messages within 24 hours. Handle returns, refunds, and A-to-Z claims professionally. Resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain high seller ratings and positive feedback.

Account Health Management
Regularly monitor the account health dashboard. Address suppressed or inactive listings and manage policy warnings, violations, and appeals. Ensure full compliance with Amazon’s rules and guidelines to protect account standing.

Marketing & Sales Growth
Run and manage basic Amazon PPC campaigns. Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities. Optimize listings to improve conversion rates and plan promotions, discounts, and deals to boost sales.

Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports. Analyze product performance and market trends. Provide actionable recommendations to support growth and scaling efforts.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central is essential. Proven expertise in product listing and account management is required. Experience in the apparel or fashion category is a significant advantage. Strong knowledge of Amazon listing SEO and policies is necessary. Basic to intermediate experience with Amazon PPC campaigns is expected. Familiarity with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is beneficial. Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills in English are important. The candidate should have a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently, along with effective time management and multitasking capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience managing the USA marketplace is preferred. In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies related to listings, account health, and compliance is highly valued. A background in clothing, jackets, or fashion niches will be advantageous. The ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously is important.

This is a full-time, onsite position with working hours from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. The salary range is ₹45,000 to ₹75,000 per month.
