Aliza Solutions is seeking a skilled Amazon Virtual Assistant to oversee and expand Amazon seller accounts while supporting daily e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing various fulfillment methods and possess strong analytical skills to drive product research, listing optimization, and overall account performance. This role requires a proactive individual capable of working independently in a dynamic, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon seller accounts and handle daily operational tasks efficiently.
- Oversee fulfillment processes including FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant), and dropshipping models.
- Conduct thorough product research to identify profitable items and sourcing opportunities.
- Source suppliers and products to maintain a competitive inventory.
- Create, optimize, and manage Amazon product listings to maximize visibility and sales.
- Perform keyword research and apply basic SEO strategies to improve listing performance.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to stay ahead.
- Manage orders, inventory levels, and other account-related administrative duties.
- Track product performance and sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic account support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales and profitability through strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports and records related to account activities.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts with a solid understanding of the platform.
- Strong knowledge of FBA, FBM, and dropshipping fulfillment methods.
- Demonstrated experience in product research and supplier sourcing.
- Proficiency in Amazon listing optimization and keyword research techniques.
- Familiarity with popular Amazon seller tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or equivalent software.
- Good command of Amazon Seller Central functionalities.
- Strong analytical and research skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate tasks and support team efforts.
