We are currently seeking a highly experienced Amazon Vendor Central Expert to manage and grow vendor accounts across Amazon marketplaces. This role requires deep knowledge of Amazon’s first-party ecosystem, including vendor operations, catalog management, chargeback resolution, inventory planning, and retail readiness. The ideal candidate will drive sustainable growth while maintaining strong account health and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Amazon Vendor Central account operations, ensuring smooth vendor setup and maintenance.
- Monitor and optimize product listings, catalog health, and content quality, including A+ Content and Brand Store updates.
- Handle purchase orders (POs), shipment tracking, and inventory replenishment planning to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Resolve chargebacks, shortages, ASN issues, and other operational discrepancies to protect profitability.
- Analyze retail analytics and performance reports to identify growth opportunities and implement effective strategies.
- Coordinate with Amazon support teams to resolve account and catalog issues promptly.
- Implement pricing, promotions, and advertising strategies to maximize revenue and improve key metrics such as CRaP and Instock %.
- Stay informed about Amazon Vendor Central policies, updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- Support vendor negotiations and assist with annual growth planning initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon retail operations, supply chain processes, and vendor ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in catalog management, chargeback resolution, and inventory planning.
- Advanced knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central reports, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and accounts simultaneously with a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience working with agencies or eCommerce brands is preferred.
- Familiarity with Amazon Advertising is a plus but not mandatory.
