AMBULANCE DRIVER

Human Capital HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated Ambulance Driver for a full-time position based in Kemari, Karachi. The role involves providing safe and timely transportation of patients in emergency situations, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey. The successful candidate will work 12-hour shifts and must demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate the ambulance vehicle while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Navigate efficiently through Karachi routes to ensure prompt arrival at medical facilities.
- Assist patients during transportation, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure ambulance readiness.
- Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations, maintaining clear communication with medical personnel.
- Apply basic first aid and CPR techniques when necessary during patient transport.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Ambulance Driver.
- Valid LTV (Light Transport Vehicle) or HTV (Heavy Transport Vehicle) driving license.
- Proven good driving record with thorough knowledge of Karachi’s road network.
- Basic understanding of first aid and CPR procedures.
- Physically fit to handle the demands of 12-hour shifts.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to maintain composure in high-pressure emergency scenarios.
- Familiarity with ambulance safety protocols and routine vehicle checks.
