1. Reach Office 15 minutes before workers Shift arrival, also check arrival time of Bus
2. Maintain SAP system when and where required
3. Preparation of workers monthly Payroll in detail and arrange payment with concern Bank
4. Preparation of EOBI and SESSI on Portal
5. Submission of EOBI, SESSI and Education Cess before time
6. Checking / Review new hiring Documents on daily basis
7. Replace the workers if resigned after approval.
8. Dealing with Govt Agency staff like Manpower / Health & Hygiene / SESSI / EOBI / Labour Department / Bank staff
9. Lineup Supervisor Interview with Company when required
10. Arrange Counseling Meetings with SRG Employee when required
11. Daily take round of all plants to monitor different discipline matters as per SOP
12. Take active part in HASSAP / ISO / FSSC Audit
13. Monitor workers Accident with Paramedical Staff in day and night
14. Arrange training of Paramedical Staff / Monthly Closing
15. Take instruction from SRG Owner / Legal Advisor when required
16. Take active part in distribution of Salary and other benefits
17. Make close Relationship with all Department at plant i.e Operations / Employee Service / Supply Chain / Tea Supply Chain
18. Keep Confidential all Company and SRG matters
19. Monitor Karachi / Hyderabad / Sukkur Workers
20. Close View on ATM cash when workers salary distribute
21. Dealing with Canteen and Bus Contractor for their service and monthly Invoice Payment
22. Check the Quality of TEA and MEAL serve to workers in workers / Supervisor Canteen
23. Workers Police verification as per certification on every hiring
