American English Language Trainer

Swishtag is seeking an experienced American English Language Trainer to deliver practical and focused language training aimed at improving American English pronunciation, accent clarity, fluency, and professional communication skills. The trainer will collaborate closely with team members to enhance their spoken English, build confidence in conversations, and strengthen communication abilities for effective professional interactions with clients and businesses based in the United States. This is a contractual role with a defined duration or agreed-upon training engagement, where responsibilities and compensation will be established prior to commencement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured American English language training sessions tailored for designated team members.
- Train participants in American English pronunciation, accent patterns, intonation, rhythm, and speech clarity.
- Enhance spoken fluency, vocabulary, grammar, and sentence formation.
- Guide participants toward developing a natural and professional American English speaking style.
- Deliver specialized training focused on business conversations, active listening, and client communication.
- Facilitate role-play exercises, mock calls, and practical speaking activities based on real workplace scenarios.
- Assess participants’ current proficiency levels and monitor their progress throughout the training period.
- Provide individualized feedback, identify areas for improvement, and recommend targeted practice exercises.
- Prepare or suggest relevant learning materials and practice assignments to support skill development.
- Submit periodic progress reports and a final training evaluation to management.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as an English Language Trainer, Spoken English Instructor, Accent Coach, or Communication Skills Trainer.
- Strong command of American English pronunciation, phonetics, intonation, and conversational patterns.
- Experience training professionals in business communication, customer interactions, or client-facing roles.
- Ability to identify pronunciation and fluency gaps and implement practical, measurable improvement strategies.
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Work Details

The position offers a pay rate starting from Rs30,000 per hour, with an expected commitment of no more than 2 hours per week. The role requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
