We are looking for hard working, ambitious, punctual and self motivated individual who will be able to work on their own as well as within a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and proactive approach. As per the nature of the job, good knowledge of Interet, MS Excel, MS Word & written English is a must.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Reply to customer messages & Return cases via email and resolve any issues.
• Create new product listings on marketplace channels.
• Update & optimise existing product listings.
• Update stock levels by spreadsheets.
• Products Data Entry in Ms Excel spreadsheets.
• Edit and upload product pictures on marketplace channels.
• Research on competitors Products & Pricing.
Job Experience / Skills Requirements
• 1 years of experience in eBay / Amazon store management.
• Good written English communication skills.
