Amzo Ltd is an online retail company based in UK, operating mainly on eBay. As we continue to grow and expand our online presence, we looking to expand our business to Amazon, Tiktok and Etsy and our own website etc. we're looking for a dynamic and skilled Online Marketplace Coordinator to join our team. If you're passionate about e-commerce and have knowledge for managing online sales and customer interactions, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Listing Management: Create new product listings and update or modify existing ones across various e-commerce platforms.
- Image Editing: Use Adobe Photoshop to edit and enhance product images, ensuring high visual appeal.
- Customer Service: Address customer enquiries and messages promptly, providing a high level of service through eBay and other platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify profitable items for new listings and analyze market trends.
- Logistics Coordination: Generate shipping labels for orders using courier websites, ensuring efficient dispatch and delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- Ideally experience in e-commerce or a related field, with an understanding of online marketplaces.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis.
