Responsibilities

Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize executives time.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and other relevant software.
Coordinate travel arrangements including flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation to support business activities.
Maintain comprehensive and systematic document management by organizing files in electronic systems and physical storage.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally and promptly.
Assist with general office duties such as data entry, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
Operate and troubleshoot basic computer hardware and office equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and uphold company policies.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners to support workflow and resolve issues.
