We are hiring Chat Support Executive to join our growing software house team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers / Male looking to kick-start their careers in customer support and digital communication. You’ll also support our campaign efforts and creative design projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver professional and timely chat support to clients and customers.
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and support campaigns.
Collaborate with the graphics and arts team on creative tasks.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and communication standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Generate leads and help meet sales targets (with performance-based commission).
Requirements:
No experience needed – freshers are welcome!
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible.
Must be able to commute or relocate for the night shift (7:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
