Based in Hyderabad, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work within advisory risk services, providing clients with clear and dependable insights into their risk landscape. The position involves executing client engagements focused on governance, risk and compliance (GRC), internal audits, process reviews, enterprise risk management, revenue assurance, and standard operating procedures. The goal is to help clients build trust with their customers, comply with regulations, and improve their overall risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute client engagements ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client requirements.
- Review working papers and client documentation, offering suggestions to enhance engagement productivity and client service.
- Analyze business and industry trends to identify areas for improvement in client processes and prepare actionable recommendations.
- Handle data analytics using tools such as Access and ACL.
- Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality and risk management procedures.
- Maintain awareness of internal auditing standards issued by IIA and ICAI.
- Apply solution-based problem-solving techniques to address client challenges.
- Manage engagement budgets and assist senior team members in developing marketing materials, business proposals, and new methodologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including process owners and functional heads.
- Mentor interns and analysts, contributing to knowledge-sharing sessions within the practice.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit.
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time outside the assigned office location, including regional commuting where public transportation may be limited.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
- Valid passport for travel purposes.
