Analytical Engineer

The company is currently seeking a motivated and technically skilled Electrical Engineer (analytical) to join their team. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of analytical and electro-medical instruments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that equipment functions safely, accurately, and reliably while delivering prompt technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, test, and maintain analytical instruments and associated electrical/electronic equipment.
- Diagnose faults, perform troubleshooting, and execute repairs and preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide both on-site and remote technical support, assisting customers with equipment operation and basic fault resolution.
- Conduct performance checks and functional testing to verify equipment accuracy, reliability, and safe operation.
- Review technical manuals, wiring diagrams, service documentation, and product specifications to facilitate servicing and repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, service visits, maintenance activities, faults, repairs, and parts usage.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and product teams to support demonstrations, installations, customer training, and technical inquiries.
- Assist in product evaluations, acceptance testing, and preparation of technical documentation as needed.
- Adhere to company procedures, electrical safety standards, and equipment-handling protocols.
- Travel to customer sites when required, representing the company professionally.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a Master’s degree in Applied Physics.
- Experience with handling, servicing, installing, or supporting analytical instruments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, testing methods, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, circuit diagrams, and equipment specifications.
- Excellent communication, customer service, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and field assignments as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with laboratory or analytical instruments, measurement systems, sensors, or diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of calibration procedures, preventive maintenance, and equipment performance verification.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
