The Human Resource Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, manage employee performance evaluations, and coordinate payroll activities. Responsibilities
Plan and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and applicant tracking.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues promptly, promoting a harmonious work environment.
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, standard operating procedures, and disciplinary protocols.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll functions in partnership with finance.
Oversee employee performance management processes, including evaluations, goal setting, and career development.
Prepare and issue formal documentation such as warning letters, show-cause notices, and termination letters in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain confidential employee records and HR information systems securely and accurately.
Conduct workforce planning by analyzing manpower needs and supporting organizational development initiatives.
Generate regular HR reports and present insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations, keeping the organization up-to-date and risk-free.
Lead and mentor the HR team member, fostering skill development, teamwork, and professional growth.
Support leadership development programs that enhance managerial capabilities across the organization.
