Key Responsibilities
The Android Developer will be based on-site in Lahore and work full-time alongside designers, product managers, and fellow developers. The role involves building and maintaining robust Android applications by implementing new features, optimizing app performance, resolving bugs, and ensuring compatibility across diverse Android devices and operating system versions. The developer will translate design specifications into clean, efficient code while integrating APIs and backend services. Adherence to best practices in security, testing, and code review is essential. Additionally, the developer will actively participate in sprint planning, contribute to technical discussions, and support continuous improvements in development processes and user experience.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in mobile application development with a track record of delivering production-ready applications.
- Proficiency in Android development, including modern UI/UX design patterns and Material Design principles.
- Strong foundation in software development concepts such as object-oriented programming, data structures, and design patterns.
- Expertise in Kotlin and/or Java, Android SDK, and Android Studio.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and backend service integration.
- Experience using version control systems like Git and working within collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks, debugging tools, and performance optimization techniques specific to Android.
