Animation Specialist

Golden Circle Advertising is seeking a talented Animation Specialist to join their Lahore-based team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role involves designing and producing high-quality animations and motion graphics for advertising campaigns across both digital and broadcast platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers, copywriters, and account teams to ensure brand consistency while contributing creatively to memorable campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and produce storyboards to plan visual narratives and animation sequences.
- Design and animate characters, elements, and motion graphics tailored for advertising and digital media campaigns.
- Refine and polish animations based on feedback from internal teams and clients to meet quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, and account managers to maintain brand consistency across projects.
- Optimize animations for various formats and platforms to ensure smooth delivery and compatibility.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for efficient workflow and future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the agency’s creative output.

Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in 2D animation and motion graphics specifically for advertising and digital media.
- Proficiency in storyboarding to effectively plan and communicate visual ideas.
- Experience with industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Demonstrated ability to produce visually engaging campaign assets through motion graphics.
- Proven experience working in an agency or creative studio environment, preferably in animation or motion design roles.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing animation, motion graphics, and storytelling capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Educational background in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is advantageous.
