This role involves maintaining natural and engaging conversations, recommending and selling paid digital content, and building lasting relationships with customers. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong written English and communication skills, multitasking capabilities, and basic sales abilities to convert interactions into sales successfully. Working remotely, the operator will be responsible for handling multiple chat threads while adhering to company guidelines and maintaining a friendly, confident, and persuasive approach. The Remote Chat Sales Operator plays a crucial role in promoting Annagroups digital offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing smooth and enjoyable chat interactions. This position requires a reliable internet connection and the ability to be available during agreed working hours. While prior experience with chat support or online sales platforms such as OnlyFans or Fanvue is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. The operator will work independently without managing a team, focusing on achieving sales targets through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities

Respond promptly to messages and sustain engaging conversations with subscribers using live chat software.
