Ansaar Management Company (Pvt) Limited invites applications for the position of Assistant Project Architect. This role is tailored for a motivated and detail-oriented young graduate from a recognized Architecture or Environmental Design program who is passionate about sustainable development and permaculture. The Assistant Project Architect will actively contribute to the multi-kanal permaculture farmhouse development by bridging site design execution with sustainable infrastructure and community engagement. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality and implementation of architectural, landscaping, and infrastructure designs while ensuring alignment with eco-friendly and permaculture principles. This position demands a hands-on approach to site supervision combined with strong organizational skills to coordinate monthly community marketing events. The ideal candidate is skilled in spatial flow and eco-friendly design, with the ability to develop conceptual layouts and select sustainable materials. They will work closely with on-site contractors and external consultants to maintain construction standards and project timelines. While direct management of a team is not required, excellent communication and event management skills are essential. The role offers the opportunity to serve as a key communicator of the projects ecological vision, acting as a brand ambassador during community events to engage prospective buyers and visitors with the developments sustainable ethos.
Responsibilities

Oversee the on-site execution of architectural, landscaping, and infrastructure plans developed by external consultants, including stone masonry, natural drainage channels, suspended structures, and decorative screens.
Ensure construction quality by verifying material authenticity and maintaining conformity to the master plan specifications.
Coordinate daily with contractors, masons, and labor teams to sustain project progress and adherence to timelines.
Assist in refining the site design to embed permaculture and eco-friendly principles throughout the farmhouse development.
Develop visual concepts and detailed sketches along with 2D and 3D layouts for additional site enhancements such as natural wading pools, timber pavilions, walking trails, seating pockets, and community parks.
Identify and source sustainable, locally available materials that harmonize with the natural environment surrounding the site.
Plan, organize, and execute monthly themed educational and marketing events onsite, including sustainability workshops, seasonal gatherings, and promotional seminars.
Manage all facets of event logistics such as site setup, vendor coordination, guest flow, and overall event experience to effectively promote community engagement and project visibility.
Serve as an on-site brand ambassador by effectively communicating the projects ecological vision and key features of the master plan to visitors and potential buyers.
Spend significant time on-site to supervise outdoor construction activities across various weather conditions to ensure proper implementation and problem resolution.
Utilize technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools to interpret structural and civil working drawings to assist project execution.
Build strong working relationships across teams through proactive communication and problem-solving to foster a collaborative work environment.
