Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain record of receipt of materials at site following the SOPs as well as issuance of items that are going out of the store so as to ensure accuracy and completeness of the process.
- Reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system.
- To undertake the function of stock taking quarterly and confirm the periodic stock on a regular basis by working closely with the designated staff members.
- Forecasting demand to execute supply orders on time in coordination with engineering and procurement teams.
- Maintain and update data entry for record in ERP.
- Keep and track record of up-coming deliveries with the coordination of procurement department and maintain a record for further processing.
- Make arrangements for the inspection of received deliveries in the warehouse.
- Maintain Inward and Outward gate passes of daily stock movement in the warehouse.
- Preparation of daily stock movement report.
- Preparation of delivery challan/note according to the purchase orders and maintain a record for future assistance.
- Warehouse affairs and different reporting to management.
- Responsible for proper stacking of material and consumables at Warehouse, Store Yard, and Cement Store.
- Coordinate with Site Team and I/C Site Store.
