Ansaar Management Company (Pvt) Limited is seeking a dedicated CCTV Cum IT Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our security and IT operations team. This role demands a detail-oriented professional responsible for monitoring live CCTV camera feeds to detect suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety incidents while coordinating closely with on-site security teams to ensure prompt responses during emergencies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting CCTV and IT infrastructure, including IP camera configuration, DVR/NVR systems, and network configurations, ensuring seamless video surveillance and access control system operations. The CCTV Cum IT Officer performs routine inspections and maintenance of surveillance equipment, reports any hardware, software, or network issues, and prepares detailed technical and incident reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, video management software, and excellent situational awareness are essential for the position. The role requires strict adherence to security protocols, high confidentiality of surveillance data, and flexibility to work rotating shifts while maintaining acute attention to detail. This position does not involve team management but demands strong individual accountability to safeguard company premises through effective surveillance and IT support.
Responsibilities

Monitor live CCTV camera feeds continuously to identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, theft, and safety incidents.
Maintain ongoing surveillance and ensure timely communication of incidents to the relevant security personnel and management.
Prepare comprehensive incident reports including timestamps, locations, detailed event descriptions, and appropriate follow-up measures.
Coordinate efficiently with on-site security teams and respond promptly to emergencies and security-related situations.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, access control systems, and video management software to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV hardware, software, IP camera configurations, and network performance affecting video surveillance systems.
Manage network configuration and resolve basic networking problems to support smooth IT infrastructure and video surveillance connectivity.
Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance footage and sensitive security data, ensuring data protection policies are enforced.
Prepare technical documentation, incident reports, and communicate effectively via email and other platforms as needed.
Use Microsoft Office applications to assist in documentation, data analysis, and reporting related to security and IT operations.
Work effectively during rotating shifts while upholding high standards of situational awareness, attention to detail, and adherence to established security protocols.
