Ansaar Management Company (Pvt) Limited is seeking a diligent and attentive CCTV Monitoring Officer to ensure the safety and security of all mall premises through continuous surveillance and incident detection. This role requires constant vigilance to identify any suspicious behaviors, potential thefts, and safety-related incidents using advanced video surveillance systems. The officer will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive logs and detailed reports, collaborating closely with on-site security personnel, and ensuring the proper functioning of CCTV equipment. This position demands reliability and commitment, adhering strictly to scheduled shifts during the US East Coast day hours. With 3 years of required experience, the ideal candidate should uphold confidentiality and demonstrate a proactive approach in applying security protocols and staying updated with technological advancements in video monitoring and emergency response.
Responsibilities
Monitor live CCTV camera feeds continuously throughout shopping mall premises to detect any suspicious or unusual activities promptly and prevent security breaches or emergencies. Maintain active vigilance and focus to identify potential thefts, safety-related incidents, and any behaviors that might indicate a security threat to the facility or its visitors. Accurately log every incident observed with detailed timing, location, and descriptive notes to support effective incident response and investigation efforts. Collaborate closely with on-site security teams to communicate observations swiftly, coordinate timely and appropriate responses, and manage emergency situations with calmness and precision. Conduct routine inspections of all CCTV surveillance hardware and video management software to verify operational status, and document any faults, malfunctions, or performance issues, reporting these to maintenance teams promptly for resolution. Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all surveillance recordings and sensitive information to protect the privacy rights of patrons and the integrity of the shopping center's security measures. Adhere consistently to assigned work shifts during US East Coast daytime hours, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of duty. Continuously enhance observational skills and knowledge by staying informed about evolving security protocols, video analytics methodologies, and technological updates relevant to CCTV system operation and emergency management.
