Ansaar Management Company (Pvt) Limited is seeking a skilled IT Specialist with a minimum of three years of experience to join its team. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust IT infrastructure that supports the companys operational needs. This role involves comprehensive network administration, cybersecurity measures, system troubleshooting, and the management of cloud services and operating systems. The IT Specialist ensures optimal performance and security of all IT systems through continuous monitoring and timely intervention. This position requires working night shifts in alignment with US holidays and schedules, demanding high alertness and situational awareness. The IT Specialist plays a crucial role in managing critical security systems including CCTV surveillance, access control, and video management software. In addition to traditional IT responsibilities such as server and user management, backup and recovery, and system upgrades, the specialist monitors live security feeds to promptly identify and respond to security incidents. This role requires effective coordination with security personnel and maintaining detailed incident reports while safeguarding sensitive data. The position does not involve team management but requires strong technical expertise and the ability to perform independently with meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities

Design and implement network configurations that support company operations and secure network infrastructures.
Regularly maintain and upgrade network infrastructure to ensure continuous and efficient operations.
Continuously monitor network performance and security, diagnose potential issues, and implement preventative solutions.
Install, configure, and maintain servers ensuring optimal availability and performance.
Manage user accounts and permissions to guarantee proper access control across systems and applications.
Develop and implement backup and recovery solutions to maintain data integrity and business continuity.
Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to protect IT infrastructure from threats.
Identify and mitigate security threats by managing firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize system downtime.
Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software applications according to company standards.
Plan and execute system upgrades, ensuring compatibility and minimal interruption to business activities.
Monitor live CCTV camera feeds continuously to detect and report suspicious activities, breaches, or incidents.
Maintain surveillance systems and communicate incidents rapidly to security personnel and management.
Prepare comprehensive incident reports including timestamps, detailed descriptions, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate effectively with on-site security teams and respond promptly to emergencies and security matters.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, access control systems, and video management software.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to CCTV hardware, software, IP camera configurations, and network connectivity.
Manage network configurations to support uninterrupted video surveillance and IT infrastructure connectivity.
Maintain confidentiality of surveillance footage and sensitive IT security data in compliance with data protection policies.
Prepare technical documentation and reports using Microsoft Office applications to support IT and security operations.
Work effectively during night shifts, maintaining high standards of attention to detail and adherence to security protocols.
