We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager in Civil Engineering field with a strong background in civil engineering to lead and manage large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of hands-on project management experience and demonstrate a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to guarantee construction standards are met or exceeded.
Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Contractor Collaboration: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Contract Management: Get quotations, review them, prepare contracts, and ensure proper signing.
Labor Payment Verification: Collect labor payment data from sites and verify payments as per contract terms.
Coordination with Procurement: Assist in vendor selection, preparation of CS and WOs, and specifications.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve construction-related issues promptly to keep projects on track.
Site Audits: Visit sites to check progress, verify work orders (WOs), and validate bills.
Relationship Management: Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, contract compliance, and alignment with project and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in project management software

Internal Relations:
Regular collaboration with Engineering Head and Operations Team to align project goals
Work closely with Design and Architectural Teams to implement project specifications
External Relations:
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and construction professionals to coordinate project activities
Interact with local authorities to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide timely updates
