Summary:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the overarching task is to be responsible for achieving all monthly and annual Sales targets related the housing scheme to which they are allocated:
· Overseeing and managing the on-site Sales Team including:
o Attendance
o Leave
o Performance against targets
o Reports (timeliness and accuracy)
o Analysis of sales customer data
o Identification of trends in sales
o Adjustment of sales activities in accordance with trends
o All details relating and pertaining to the HBFCL loan applications and files ensuring timely and accurate completion and submission to HBFCL
Other Role & Tasks
The Sales Manager will be required to attend work on a daily basis in a timely manner and will be required to where appropriate attire representing the ‘face’ of AMC.
The Sales Manager will be required to demonstrate a sense of social responsibility and actively agree with and pursue the vision and mission of AMC according to her designation level, conforming to the core values of AMC.
