The project involves the marketing of affordable housing units, including apartments and townhouses ranging from 3.5 to 5 marlas, available in both single and double-storey configurations.

Scope of Work

The selected consultant will be responsible for:
Preparing a detailed and structured Sales & Marketing Plan for AMC’s new product category.
Developing effective marketing strategies aligned with the target audience profile.
Proposing promotional activities, sales channels, and campaign ideas tailored to the real estate sector.
Suggesting relevant marketing tools (digital & traditional), outreach tactics, and branding guidelines.
Creating a lead generation and conversion roadmap.
Recommending realistic KPIs and monitoring strategies for campaign effectiveness.
Presenting all content in a polished, professional format with supporting visuals, where applicable.

Deliverables

A comprehensive, investor-grade Sales & Marketing Plan (approx. 75–100 pages).
Executive summary, strategic analysis, detailed marketing roadmap, sales funnel, and brand positioning.
PowerPoint summary presentation.
All key inputs including product details, pricing, and audience data will be provided by AMC.

Eligibility Criteria

Proven experience in writing marketing or sales strategies for real estate or related sectors.
Portfolio of similar proposals/plans (preferably shared at the time of application).
Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to deliver within tight timelines.

*Note:* "Consultancy of up to 2 months can be done parallel to a full-time job."
