The Surveyor also conducts site inspections, monitors project progress, and ensures that all surveying activities comply with design specifications and project requirements. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small team of survey personnel to conduct accurate land surveys.
Plan and execute field surveys to collect detailed data on land topography, boundaries, and site features using appropriate surveying instruments and software.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical maps, detailed reports, and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
Ensure all surveying work meets local and international regulations as well as project design specifications.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with engineers, project managers, governmental authorities, and community representatives to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
Perform regular site inspections and monitor project progress to guarantee adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot surveying equipment and software to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data collection.
Address and resolve field challenges by making decisive technical decisions based on sound problem-solving and analytical skills.
Maintain accurate records of survey data, equipment usage, and project documentation for auditing and project tracking purposes.
Demonstrate physical endurance by working outdoors in diverse weather conditions and handling heavy surveying equipment safely.
Participate in project handover processes by validating survey accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Stay current with the latest surveying technology, methodologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve survey quality and efficiency.
