The Web Developer focuses on integrating design elements, optimizing site performance, maintaining content management systems, and ensuring compliance with accessibility standards. The position demands a strong understanding of front-end and back-end web development technology stacks and methodologies to create responsive, accessible, and scalable websites. Attention to detail and adherence to agile development practices are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and web applications using modern web technologies and programming languages.
Implement user experience (UX) design principles to enhance site usability, navigation, and overall customer satisfaction.
Optimize website performance to ensure fast load times and smooth functionality across different browsers and devices.
Manage and update content management systems to facilitate easy content publishing and site maintenance.
Ensure websites and applications comply with accessibility standards and best practices, making digital content usable for all users.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver projects on time.
Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to improve team productivity and project outcomes.
Debug and resolve technical issues, performing code reviews and maintaining documentation to support project sustainment.
Stay updated with emerging web technologies and trends to continuously improve web solutions and provide innovative recommendations.
Follow web security best practices to protect sites from vulnerabilities and attacks.
