Reporting:
- Responsible for extracting data from various data source (XPERT POS, Data Warehouse, etc).
- Consolidate and submit standard APD and local affiliate reports as per frequency and timeline required.
- Consolidate and provide any ad-hoc reports as required.
- Develop new templates or improve on current spreadsheets to provide user friendly and meaningful data.
- On- going process improvements to ensure data consolidation is done in an optimal manner.
- Provide timely, ongoing tracking and feedback to commercial team.
Data Analytics:
- Analyze and provide a robust summary or overview of reports generated (e.g. actual vs. forecast, etc)
- Monitor and provide market related data where necessary as a value add info.
Record Keeping:
- Ensure reports generated are named, filed in proper order in the respective data storage spaces (digital or hardcopy).Archiving data when necessary to reduce overloading storage space available.
- Custodian of reports generated – able to retrieve and provide reports as and when requested.
Coordination/Administrative Support:
- Provide coordination or administration support to the retail teams for projects or tasks related to Sell In & Sell Through functions as necessary.
