• Receive all communication / Packages from design Department.
  • Log / Record all information received.
  • Forwarding the Packages to production in the given time frame.
  • Obtain all relevant approvals for materials and specifications i.e. fabric, wash, trims, style etc.
  • Communicate/transfer all approvals to relevant departments and monitor the Approval process (Bulk fabric lab dips + Size set samples etc.).
  • Production follow ups. Highlight and manage the quality issues and any delays due to any problem.
  • Monitor entire spectrum of commercial production/commercial activities i.e. commercial procurement, order scheduling and quality assurance against required schedules.
  • Costing of the garment with respect to the material and labor cost.
  • Maintain and update a daily log of all orders in process or awaiting process.
  • Maintain log of quality reports at various stages of production (in Line or final inspections).
  • Parallel to all the above activities, also responsible for the developments as per advised by the senior.
  • Very close observation on the market trends (National and International) and developing of products based on knowledge of “what will” and “will not” sell. Sourcing of trims and accessories to facilitate designers to maintain the realization process and maximize its output.
