Responsibilities:
- Production supervision 50 % & Expertise in Excel / ERP system 50% ) ,
- Develops and implement production policies and procedures
- Delegates manufacturing tasks so that the team can meet production deadlines
- Manages the efforts of manufacturing workers on the production floor
- Communicates expectations to production workers and appraises their performance
- Educates production team members about preferred occupational health and safety practices
- Establishes priorities to ensure the manufacturing team works most efficiently
- Implements recommended manufacturing cost reduction strategies
- Nurtures cooperation and communication within the production team and other departments
Age should be between 25 to 35
Timings: 9 AM-6 PM
3 to 4 years experience in textile industry Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi
