We are looking for Senior DevOps Engineer who assists in the design, configuration, implementation, deployment, automation and support of web solutions primarily in a global cloud based environment. Heavily leverages automation for most work to ensure secure, scalable and repeatable work in ecommerce. Assists with maintaining current or near current levels of software, patches, features and configurations for the IT systems. Provides documentation across the multiple environments.
Must be able to work on ecommerce site optimization, load management etc.
Must have in-depth knowledge of CDN, CMS, Backend/Frontend technologies with deep understand of JAVA, Laravel and Android/iOS apps
Major Responsibilities
Participate in the engineering, configuration, operation and maintenance of secure and scalable internet/cloud hardware and software infrastructure that serves up web pages and web applications
• Uses automation for installation and configuration standards of applications and software packages implemented. Launch Release management plan
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting the hardware and software infrastructure.
• Perform automated controlled deployments of digital assets between development, quality assurance and production environments.
• Ability to manage all APPS/DB servers and act as architectural creator.
• Work closely with developers, product teams and QA team to understand and assist implementation of standard platforms and technologies.
• Perform activities in support of a 24x7 global support model for critical production environments
• Track daily work in project management software.
• Assist implementing monitoring of servers, application, website and infrastructure.
• Monitor servers, applications and websites leveraging enterprise platform.
• Assist with various projects as may be required to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the work..
Must Have total 7 years of Experience with minimum 2 years as Ecommerce Team Lead in DevOps environment
