Apex Ledger Advisors is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Accountin specialist. This role requires a candidate with at least four years of experience in accounting or finance, who will manage a team of 32 individuals. The ideal candidate plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards within the organization. They will oversee various accounting functions, providing leadership and strategic direction to their team to achieve company financial goals and maintain efficient financial operations. The Accountin professional works closely with other departments to monitor financial activities and implement best accounting practices. They must demonstrate strong expertise in financial reporting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes. The successful candidate will also contribute to process improvements and ensure timely and accurate financial information is delivered to support decision making at Apex Ledger Advisors.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 32 accounting personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and team development.
Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, reports, and records.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits to facilitate smooth processes.
Monitor financial transactions and analyze variances to identify discrepancies and provide solutions.
Collaborate with departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Implement controls to safeguard company assets and improve financial reporting effectiveness.
Provide regular financial updates and reports to senior management for business strategy support.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and timely submission of tax returns and payments.
