For our Microsoft technologies based projects we are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and testing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the teams in analyzing, designing, building, and testing applications.
- Collaborate with clients in understanding campaign requirements and objectives.
- Establish the utilization of development tools, technologies, and methodologies to deliver optimum results.
- Support enhancements and maintenance of existing applications.
- Enhance existing team architecture and help team in developing new skills.
- Assist in all phases of software development life cycle.
Requirements:
Candidate must poses at least bachelor’s degree in computer science
At least 3 years of work experience in leadership role with more than 7 years of experience in software development and testing.
Expert in documentation, tracking and reporting.
Good knowledge of software development methodologies and testing best practices.
Experienced in designing and implementing n-tier and MVC architecture.
Experienced in working with Microsoft SQL Server, and .Net technologies.
Must be a self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented individual.
Our clients are based in United States therefore excellent English communication skills are required of the individual for effective communication
