App Front Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced App Front Sales Representative to join our team at Johar Complex, Karachi. This full-time, on-site position involves working night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing prospects and converting sales opportunities into successful mobile app development projects, primarily dealing with international clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities related to mobile app development.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Communicate effectively with international prospects.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Successfully close mobile app development projects.
- Consistently achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in front-line sales roles.
- Previous experience in software house or IT sales is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Highly target-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
