We are seeking a motivated ASO Specialist to join our team remotely, focused on improving organic rankings and increasing downloads for our mobile applications. This role begins as an unpaid internship with a performance-based progression to a paid position. Your advancement depends entirely on your ability to deliver consistent organic installs through effective ASO strategies. The schedule is flexible, Monday through Friday, allowing you to manage your workload independently while contributing to real-world app growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end App Store Optimization for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store listings.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify low-competition, high-intent search terms.
- Optimize app metadata, including Titles, Short Descriptions, Long Descriptions, and Keyword fields, to improve visibility.
- Develop and implement Conversion Rate Optimization strategies focused on App Icons, Screenshots, and Feature Graphics to boost user engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on organic keyword rankings, impressions, and store conversion rates to measure the effectiveness of ASO efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of core ASO principles and experience navigating Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
- Proficiency with keyword research tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, or comparable free alternatives.
- Data-driven approach with a passion for driving organic growth and measurable results.
- Excellent written English skills for crafting compelling and optimized app metadata.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage flexible hours effectively.
