Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, selection, and management of product assortments within DigiBazar’s inventory and brand portfolio.
- Assist with inventory tracking to ensure stock levels are maintained accurately and replenished timely.
- Review sales performance data regularly to identify trends and optimize the product mix based on customer demand and market insights.
- Collaborate closely with store staff, merchandising partners, and internal teams to monitor sales trends and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Participate in hands-on retail operations and contribute to merchandising strategies that align with business goals.
- Utilize data-informed decision-making to improve assortment planning and overall inventory management.
- Work on-site, coordinating effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with brands and merchants.
- Experience or knowledge in apparel or textile sourcing.
- Proficiency in inventory management, including tracking stock levels, monitoring replenishment, and supporting accurate reporting.
- Skills in assortment planning to help select and organize products that reflect customer preferences and sales data.
- Ability to work on-site in Faisalabad, collaborate within a team, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic retail setting.
