Job Description

Appedology is looking for a dynamic Team Manager for its call center operations in Night Shift.

  • The resource should have a proven work experience of at least 5 years in call center /BPO and should possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Shift:

  • Night (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the team's monthly targets and ensure target achievement on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of KPIs. Also, deliver monthly targets to associates.
  • Managed the analysis and implementation of projects.
  • The strategic analysis was undertaken and delivered to inform, manage, and drive stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Team Lead.
  • Experience in managing teams of more than 10 people.
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership and organizational skills with people management skills.
