Conditions and required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (in English, Urdu and with the relevant regional/local language)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and leadership abilities
- Good IT Skills specially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidates with conveyance (Motorcycle with CD 70 cc etc) will be preferred
- Candidates residing from the nearby twin cities (Islamabad/Rawalpindi) will receive preference
JDs for Sales and Marketing Executives:
- Perform pre-sales/ post sales activities requirements gathering, research and build relationships with new clients
- Face to face meeting with the target and potential customers/clients
- Introducing the company, its products, services regarding medical equipment
- Sharing daily field visit updates with senior managers
- Developing and implementing the sale strategies with timelines accordingly.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors to improve the efficiency of sales and marketing
- Follow up with the existing clients and converting the prospective customers into company clientage
- Keeping strong checks on customer service delivery of every individual customer
- Digging out new corporate opportunities for the company products and services
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Assist in planning, directing and coordinating the daily activities of the organization
- Identify requirements from target customers and sharing prices and quotations(if and when required)
