Application Assistant

Hospital Supply Corporation is seeking a dedicated Application Assistant to join their Diagnostics & Hematology segments. This role involves promoting the company’s products to potential customers across the country. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical technology or biochemistry, with relevant experience in specialized fields such as Immunology, Respiratory, Transplant, and Blood Bank. The position requires hands-on involvement with laboratory equipment and close interaction with laboratory personnel to support product implementation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site training to customers, including operators and technical staff, ensuring effective use of diagnostic instruments and technologies.
- Manage new instrument implementations, conduct validations, and resolve application-related issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and validation plans.
- Engage proactively with laboratory staff and other customers to foster strong relationships and support product adoption.
- Utilize analytical tools and software to support product demonstrations and customer needs effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Biochemistry.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in Immunology, Respiratory, Transplant, or Blood Bank fields.
- Proven experience in using analytical tools and software related to laboratory diagnostics.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage successfully with laboratory personnel and customers.
- Experience working with diagnostic equipment is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Exposure to laboratory equipment and hands-on experience with instrument operation and troubleshooting will be considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
- The role requires working in person, providing direct support and training at customer sites nationwide.
