The company is currently seeking a motivated individual to join their team in Karachi, focusing on pump solutions within their technical sales and application engineering division.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review both technical and commercial proposals for pump solutions tailored to customer requirements and specifications. Support the sales team by assisting with pump selection, sizing, and application engineering during pre-sales and post-sales phases. Coordinate the delivery process, ensuring all documentation such as invoices, delivery notes, and technical submittals are accurate and complete. Maintain and monitor inventory records for pumps, spare parts, and accessories to ensure availability and efficient stock management. Provide telephonic technical support to customers, addressing queries related to pump application, installation, and operation. Manage customer orders by processing, tracking, and following up to guarantee timely execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering/Science discipline from a recognized institution is essential. Candidates should have either fresh graduation status or a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in pumps application engineering or technical sales. A strong understanding of centrifugal pumps, pump curves, and basic hydraulic calculations is required. Excellent communication and coordination skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with internal teams and customers.
